This product is part of the XC Special range, an offer of limit switches. This limit switch is a device that converts a mechanical motion into an electrical control signal. It has 2 x (2 normally closed), slow-break, staggered contacts with positive opening operation and provides switch actuation by any moving part. It has a metal square stay put crossed rods lever and supports lateral approach in 2 directions. The movement of operating head is rotary. It is furnished with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection, 5 electrical positions, 1 per direction and 3 entries tapped for M20 x 1.5 cable gland. It is an IP66 and IK07 rated product. It is a switch with a rated operational current of 3A at 240V AC, 0.55A at 125V AC and a conventional enclosed thermal current of 10A. It offers long mechanical life with a mechanical durability of about 2 million operating cycles. The limit switch head and body is made of Zamak. Its dimensions are 200mm (Width) x 59mm (Depth) x 118mm (Height) and weighs 0.55kg. It is suitable for hoisting and mechanical handling applications. This product is certified by CE, CCC, UL and CSA. It meets CSA C22.2 No 14, UL 508 and EN/IEC 60947-5-1 standards. The XCKMR is a complete unit with 3 cable entries and positive opening contacts, one per position. Very rugged with heavy duty metal cases. Dedicated products for overhead cranes and block hoists for end of travel control. Special format limit switches for severe environments.
