Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

At Afaq Automation & Supply Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange any item
within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange the item for another one, depending on your preference. Please note that the shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

   Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address (Relevant Address).

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
